Season 01
"Insect Inside" The city of Townsville becomes overrun by millions of cockroaches, led by their leader Roach Coach. The Powerpuff Girls must fight their fear of bugs in order to save the city. "Powerpuff Bluff" Three local criminals begin dressing up as the Powerpuff Girls, committing crimes in their girlish disguises. The Powerpuff Girls try and capture them, but it's difficult from behind bars.
Episode 02 - Monkey See, Doggie Do / Mommy Fearest
"Monkey See, Doggie Do" Mojo Jojo is on the loose with his amazing Anubis Head laser that turns people into dogs. The Powerpuff Girls think they have it under control until they are turned into Power Pups! "Mommy Fearest" Professor Utonium's girlfriend begins looking after the Powerpuff Girls, but her authority seems to go to her head. The Powerpuff Girls must figure out that she's really Sedusa in disguise.
Episode 03 - Octi-Evil / Geshund Fight
"Octi-Evil" Him is out to break up the Powerpuff Girls, and uses Bubbles sweetness to do it via Bubbles' stuffed octopus "Octi." But he is in for a big surprise when the Powerpuff Girls end up being stronger than they appear. "Geshund Fight" The Amoeba Boys just want to be good criminals. When they make all of Townsville sick, they commit their worst possible crime. The Powerpuff Girls must find the cure before they are too ill themselves.
Episode 04 - Buttercrush / Fuzzy Logic
"Buttercrush" Buttercup develops a crush on Ace, the leader of the Gang Green Gang. They soon take advantage of this to put Blossom and Bubbles into terrible danger. "Fuzzy Logic" Fuzzy Lumpkins strikes out against Townsville when his property isn't respected. The Powerpuff Girls have to stop him before he demolishes all of Townsville.
Episode 05 - Boogie Frights / Abracadaver
"Boogie Frights" The Boogie Man creates perpetual night by making a huge disco ball to cover the sun. The Powerpuff Girls plot to crash the ball while monsters of the night proceed to destroy Townsville. "Abracadaver" Al Lusion, Townsville's famous magician, comes back to haunt the people of Townsville as "Abracadaver," and show them some special tricks.
Episode 06 - Telephonies / Tough Love
"Telephonies" The Gangreen Gang gets hold of the Powerpuff Girls Hotline and makes crank calls, sending the Girls on a wild goose chase trying to protect the town. After the PPGs falsely accuse Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, and Him of causing trouble, Mojo, Fuzzy, and Him decide to put an end to the Gang's phone games. "Tough Love" Everyone loves the Powerpuff Girls, until Him sends out an evil gas that turns the entire town against them. The Girls must fight hard to get their friends and family back to normal.
Episode 07 - Major Competition / Mr. Mojo's Rising
"Major Competition" The Powerpuff Girl's place as crime fighters is taken when Major Man comes to town. The PPGs eventually figure out that Major Man is actually faking disasters just so he can "save the day." "Mr. Mojo's Rising" Mojo Jojo tricks Professor Utonium and the Powerpuff Girls into giving him superpowers. Once empowered, Mojo battles the Girls until the Professor remembers the truth: that Mojo Jojo had been a bad lab monkey, and it was Mojo's fault that Chemical X spilled into the sugar, spice, and everything nice, making them superheroes.
Episode 08 - Paste Makes Waste / Ice Sore
"Paste Makes Waste" The Powerpuff Girls are spending a regular day at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten, when their paste-eating classmate, Elmer Sglue, becomes a destructive Paste Monster and goes to destroy Townsville. "Ice Sore" Blossom discovers that she has a special power: ice breath! But Blossom doesn't use her new gift wisely and things get a little icy.
Episode 09 - Bubblevicious / The Bare Facts
"Bubblevicious" Bubbles is tired of being the cute and wants to be "hard-core," but she takes it a little too far. "The Bare Facts" When the Girls save the Mayor from Mojo Jojo, they try and tell him exactly what happened from their own unique perspectives. In Blossom's version, she puts herself at the center of a very dramatic and organized attack. Buttercup's version centers on stylized fighting. In Bubbles version, the animation looks like a child's drawings. The only detail they all leave out is that the Mayor happens to be naked.
Episode 10 - Cat Man Do / Impeach Fuzz
"Cat Man Do" The Girls save an innocent little Kitty from the clutches of an evil villain. Eventually they learn that Kitty is the true villain when he hypnotizes the Professor in an evil plot to take over the world. "Impeach Fuzz" When Fuzzy Lumpkins becomes mayor, the ex-Mayor won't take things lying down. They wrestle to see who gets to wear the mayoral hat.
Episode 11 - Just Another Manic Mojo / Mime for a Change
"Just Another Manic Mojo" When the Girls lose their baseball in Mojo's house, it's the perfect opportunity for him to destroy these pesky superheroines-if he can only get them to hold still. "Mime For A Change" The Townsville Clown is turned into a Mime, and proceeds to suck all the color and sound from the city. The Powerpuff Girls restore the city by singing "Love Makes the World Go Round."
Episode 12 - The Rowdy Ruff Boys
"Rowdy Ruff Boys" Mojo Jojo creates the ultimate weapons against the Powerpuff Girls: boy equivalents! The Powerpuff Girls must defeat Boomer, Brett and Butch any way they can....even if it involves kissing.
Episode 13 - Uh Oh Dynamo Season 01 Finale!
"Uh Oh Dynamo" The Professor fears for the Girls' safety, so he builds Powerpuff Dynamo to help the Girls in battle. But this new robot isn't all she's cracked up to be.
